Service status
Availability history is not published.
Target availability
99.0% monthly for the review application, measured as successful responses from the public health endpoint.
This is a stated target, not a measured record. No service credits or contractual remedy for missing this target. A signed order may set different terms.
Planned maintenance
Announced at least 48 hours ahead by email to workspace owners, outside 08:00–18:00 CET on working days where possible.
Non-disruptive deployments are not announced. The maintenance window is wider than staffed support hours.
Incident notice
Workspace owners are emailed within one working day of an incident that affected their reviews, with what happened and what was affected.
There is no automated public incident feed.
Checking for yourself
The health endpoint needs no account. It queries the database and answers 503 when the application cannot serve.
The release endpoint identifies the running build but checks no dependencies. Use it to identify the deployment, never to judge availability.
The offline verifier needs no network and no account to check an existing packet against a key pin. Save the current and retired pins from the public verification-key endpoint in advance. The switching and exit page explains this requirement.
