One submitted version counts as one review case — with AI, humans, or both. Technical retries do not count again; a revised version is a new case.
No per-seat charge for members or invited reviewers.

Open cases reserve allowance. Over-limit reviews cannot start until allowance is added, the month resets, or an open reservation is released.
